Range Rover Sport SVR 5.0L V8 – It’s a beast!

A recent repair on a Range Rover Sport SVR that came in to us here at Car Magic. It’s not everyday that we get to work on a car from the Special Vehicle Operations (SVO) division of Land Rover. If you’ve never heard of SVO, Managing Director John Edwards describes it on their website;

The Range Rover Sport SVR

This impressive Range Rover Sport SVR came to us in need of a new rear roof spoiler and as you can see from our photos it is a bit of beast. This model is claimed to be the fastest Land Rover ever and we’re in no doubt, as they say it can reach 0-60mph in 4.3 seconds. The 5.0 litre V8 Supercharged Petrol 575hp engine delivers 700Nm of torque to achieve that level of power and speed. The integrated air vents aim to maximise airflow when using it to its full potential – which we weren’t able to do around the workshop unfortunately 😉

With the repairs completed the only thing left to do is to wash, wax and polish this huge Range Rover ready to return to the owner. Here it is just outside our workshop near Ashley Green in Buckinghamshire.
