Peugeot repair – new quarter panel, washed and ready to go!

This Peugeot repair came in at the end of May after damage to the rear quarter. Here’s a shot of the car at the workshop before we got started. You can see the scrape that was beyond repair. This damage required us to source a new rear quarter for the Peugeot. The customer’s insurers wanted to write off this Peugeot but we spoke to them and got the repairs approved to keep this car on the road. It’s always worth challenging your insurer if you think your car can be repaired and also remembering that you can choose where your car is repaired too!

At our workshop in Chesham, we have our own on-site low-bake oven which is big enough to fit everything from the Peugeot to a Transit Custom. We can’t fit Transit high tops but everything shorter than that will fit!

Once the car is filled and primed we apply the coats of paint and lacquer for the desired finish. We work to the manufacturer’s standards using our precision matching paint system to ensure seamless results for your repair.

Once the Peugeot repair was completed it was time for a wash and wax before collection. We think you’ll agree the car looks great and probably a lot better than it has been for a while.
