Electric Mercedes C350e loses fight with a bollard

Mercedes C350e – One new door

The offside door of this brand new electric Mercedes had just scraped a bollard and needed a replacement pronto. We sourced a new door and dismantled the old one – keeping the existing handle and the electrics to reuse later.

Once we’d stripped the car down, it was taped up. Then we start to blend the new door with the rest of the car’s offside. Our precision paint mixing system ensures an exact colour match to the original and after a coat of lacquer, this Mercedes was baked in the oven for that high quality manufacturers finish.
